Change Up Your Salad, Carrot-Walnut.

Carrot, Walnut, and apple salad.

4 cups grated carrots, about 8 carrots.
2 apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted
1/2 cup crumbled mild feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

Toss all ingredients straight into your salad bowl and toss again. Taste!
Add more seasoning to taste, if needed.
